At Tpcallshop, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help.

Before requesting a return, please contact us. Most questions about setup, compatibility, or product selection can be resolved quickly without the need for international shipping.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in original condition (unused, no damage)

  • Include all original accessories and packaging

  • Be returned with proof of purchase


Return Shipping & Fees

For returns initiated by the customer (change of mind, ordered wrong model, no longer needed, etc.):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to cover processing, inspection, and repackaging

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

For issues on our end (defective product, wrong item sent, damaged in transit):

  • We will work with you to find the best solution

  • Options may include replacement, partial refund, or troubleshooting assistance

  • We aim to resolve these situations without requiring return shipping whenever possible

How to Start a Return

If you’ve contacted us and a return is still necessary:

  1. Email tpcallsupports@tpcallshop.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address

  3. Ship the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (less applicable fees)

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will make it right.

Options may include:

  • Replacement shipped to you

  • Partial refund

  • Troubleshooting assistance

We’ll work with you to find the most practical solution given your location and the situation.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
